Regulations for Icelandic Horse World Championships 2011
- The World Championships for Icelandic Horses 2011 is arranged by the Icelandic Horse World Championships Committee GmbH, Schwabenlandl 10, A-5121 St. Radegund/Upper Austria.
- The World Championships for Icelandic Horses is a riding-sport event. The participants in the riding competitions, breeding shows, exhibitors and visitors come to this event on a voluntarily basis and one´s own risk.
- The sport- and breeding-show activities at the World Championships 2011 is under supervision by FEIF and is arranged according to regulations for World Championships stated in FIRO, FIPO and FIRO.
- Security: The World Championships for Icelandic Horses ( hereafter abbrivated WC ) Committee is very concerned about the security for all visitors, participants, horses, domestic animals and the vicinity. Participants and visitors must provide for their own security. If necessary, there will be a preventive security control at the entrance gate and within the World Championships (WC) area.
- During the World Championships for Icelandic Horses 2011 it is strictly prohibited for all visitors, participants, delegates and persons who are present on other purposes to:
- Present political opinions/views either on posters or in other forms of media
- Act aggressively or harm others
- To block the entrances or emergency exits
- Hand out any commercials not acknowledged by the Icelandic Horse WC Committee
- Bring domestic animals, and also all kinds of prams (there will be a special parking lot for prams), radio transmitters and all other means that can cause noise nuisance on the grandstand
- Bring instruments or any object that can run the risk of danger for all persons present. Such objects will be deprived of.
- Drugs on the World Championships grounds are prohibited and will be reported. Alcohol and cigarettes are not allowed for persons under 16 years of age.
- Please wear appropriate clothing.
- Spectators are not allowed to enter areas on the WC grounds that are closed for the public. Every visitor must follow instructions from the organizers, police or other members of the organizing committee and take seats on the reserved seats. Furthermore it is prohibited to stand upright on the grandstand. Austrian laws and regulations are superior if not anything else is said.
- Contravention of the above stated regulations may lead to denial of admittance to the events and/or a penalty of € 50,- and there will be no entrance fee refund.
- The purchaser of tickets accept the above stated regulations by purchasing the tickets. If buying tickets for a group, the purchaser must inform the group members of these regulations. When collecting the tickets the purchaser must hand in a complete list all the group members together with copies of ID cards or passports of every group member.
- By purchasing the tickets you agree to a free publication of photos and film materials taken during the events.
- The Icelandic Horse WC Committee takes no responsibility for any accidents and/or illness that might strike participants, visitors or members of the Icelandic Horse WC Committee. Furthermore it takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- The Icelandic Horse WC Committee has the right at any time to alter the time schedule and also the ranking. Furthermore it can cancel the WC 2011 partly or completely by extreme weather conditions, animal diseases or cataclysms. In such cases there will be no entrance fee refund.
- In cases of doubt, disagreement or cases where the regulations not are more closely specified, the Board of the Icelandic Horse WC Committee will decide.
