Reservation procedure

Actual map of free pagoda tents: Pagoda tent map (Last Update: March 22 2010 22:30:58).
Already assigned tents are marked with blue color.

Below you find the procedure for the final reservation:

1. Fill in enclosed Application form for PROMO-Area and indicate the number of the preferred tent. (Check the correct number on the map).
2. Return the form to us either by post or fax.
3. You receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation of your preferred tent/stand together with the invoice amount. If your stand is not any more available, we wil contact you personally.
4. The pre-reservation will be held for 21 days.
5. As soon as we receive the invoice amount on our account, we put your reservation on the map.
6. Then we send a written receipt for the received invoice amount.
Please be informed that we will require your "UID"-number (or VAT number) and the correct company address for our accountant department.
